Terms / Deadlines
  • Workshop spaces are available on a first-come-first-serve basis, and are limited in number.
  • Room assignments in the convent will be given out based on the order in which we receive full payment of each attendees balance. If you'd like a room with a balcony, a single room, or a specific roommate, get your payment in as soon as possible.
Credit Card Reservations:
  • Deposits will not be accepted for attendees who pay their workshop fees using a credit card. You must pay the entire balance when you process your order through PayPal.
  • If you pay using a credit card, you may cancel your reservation and receive a refund, minus the $100 credit card transaction fee, until March 1st, 2008.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation after March 1st, 2008, you will have the option of finding another traveler to take your place. When we receive full payment from your replacement, we will refund the balance of your account less the $100 credit card transaction fee. You will have until May 1st, 2008 to find your replacement. In the event that you are unable to find a replacement by May 1st, 2008, your payment will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
  • No refunds of any kind will be given if you cancel your trip after May 1st, 2008, even if you find a replacement attendee.
Cash/Check/Money Order Reservations
  • A payment of $1500 must be received by March 1st, 2008.
  • The balance of your account must be paid by May 1st, 2008. The final payment for those who choose Option One will be $1400. The final payment for those who choose Option Two will be $500.
  • If you pay by Cash/Check/Money Order, you may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your account balance until March 1st, 2008.
  • If you need to cancel your reservation after March 1st, 2008, you will have the option of finding another traveler to take your place. When we receive full payment from your replacement, we will refund the full balance of your account. You will have until May 1st, 2008 to find your replacement. In the event that you are unable to find a replacement by May 1st, 2008, any payments you made will be forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
