 | Wiener Schnitzel. Sacher Torte. Apple Strudel. Paella. Churros. You'd be wise to put your diet on hold, because you'll want to sample all this and much, much more. As part of your workshop fees, we'll provide breakfast every day, as well as some lunches and dinners. You'll be required to pay for some of your own lunches and dinners on days when we're exploring Vienna and Madrid. For meals provided by the workshop, you’ll dine at a local restaurant, or Gasthof. A traditional entree will be featured at each meal and will be paired with other Austrian sides and appetizers. All meals are prepared using the freshest local ingredients and are as authentic as you’ll find anywhere in Austria. If you have special meal requirements, we will do our best to accommodate you as long as we know your needs before you depart for the workshop. Breakfasts in the Gasthof have been called one of the highlights of past trips, and will include warm and cold breakfast items as well as freshly-baked local breads and pastries, and coffee so good the word Starbucks will never enter your mind. Breakfasts in Madrid and Linz will be provided by the hotels we'll stay in. You’ll never have to worry about going hungry. |
