Pricing Options
Option One - Fly with us
- $3000 per person
- This
option includes round-trip airfare on Iberia airlines to/from the
workshop, departing from JFK airport in New York.
- You'll be responsible
for your travel costs to/from JFK. You MUST arrive at JFK Airport no later than 6 p.m. on June 23rd, 2008 in order to meet the group. You should book your flight home from JFK no earlier than 6:00 p.m. on July 4th, 2008. See group travel information below.
- Iberia is a OneWorld
Alliance member, and you can earn American AAdvantage frequent flyer
miles on your flight.
- You'll fly JFK - Madrid - Vienna outbound, and
Vienna - Madrid (three day stop) - JFK inbound.
- $2100 per person
- This
option is for those who would rather make their own flight arrangements
so they can use their airline of choice, or arrive/depart earlier or
later.
- If you choose this option, you'll be required to arrive at the
Vienna airport no later than 6:30 p.m. on June 24th, 2008, and
you'll also be required to book your flight from Vienna to Madrid arriving around 3:30 p.m. on
July 1st for the final three days of the workshop.
- We'll need you to have your flights booked and your flight information sent to us no later than May 1st, 2008.
- If you're delayed, you'll be responsible for either your lodging expenses in Vienna until the group travels back to the city and can pick you up, or for transportation expenses to get from Vienna to the convent in Weisses Kreuz, Austria.
- Six nights lodging in the Austrian Convent
- One night lodging in the Courtyard Hotel in Linz
- Three nights lodging in the Room Mate Laura Hotel in Madrid
- 15 meals provided at local restaurants and the hotels in Madrid/Linz
- Ground transportation while in Austria/Hungary/Spain
- All workshop instruction and materials
- An introductory bus tour of Vienna on our first day in the city
- Snacks/drinks in the convent
- Farewell reception/dinner in Madrid on the last night of the workshop
- DVD with a slide show of images taken by workshop participants
- A few lunches and dinners
- Streetcar/subway/bus tickets
- Incidental charges at hotels (internet, room service, etc)
- Your personal spending money
- The group will depart from JFK airport in New York on June 23rd.
- Our departure flight is Iberia #6252 leaving at 9 p.m., laying over in Madrid, and arriving in Vienna at 6:25 p.m.
- The group will fly from Vienna to Madrid on July 1st.
- Our flight is Iberia #3577 departing Vienna at 12:30 p.m. and arriving in Madrid at 3:25 p.m.
- We will arrive back at JFK airport in New York on July 4th.
- Our inbound flight is Iberia #3572 leaving Madrid at 1:05 p.m. and arriving in New York at 4:35 p.m.
